University Research Institutes are centres dedicated primarily to scientific research. Alef University has set December 21, 2024 as the date for the creation of its research centre for biblical, theological, religious and social sciences. Its responsibilities will be: 1) to conduct scientific research that is of importance to the Church, 2) to provide technical and scientific advice to academics and pastors, 3) to produce study materials and 4) to develop specialization studies and doctoral programs.

All activities specific to these centres will be carried out by researchers, teachers, students and management, administration and service personnel who are formally linked.
